A Rustic Wedding Surprise

On a bright and beautiful Saturday in March 2018 these two childhood sweethearts, Paris and Hayden tied the knot in a secretly planned wedding. Set on a private country property in South East Queensland guests were pleasantly surprised, the looks on the their faces were priceless when reading the rustic timber wedding welcome sign headed 'Surprise'!

After being together for over eight years, the special bond and love that this couple had for each other meant that they simply couldn’t wait to get hitched. So with their hearts flooded with love and excitement, wedding planning had to begin!

To fit in with her wedding theme, Paris wanted to have us create her wedding signage to match her country, rustic styling. Selecting from a range of timber stains to suit, we created her rustic timber welcome sign hung against the entrance to their ceremony site.

To match her wedding theme, we also created two timber bar signs. Sitting amongst the wine barrels and rustic decor, along with the moody tones of the flowers, these rustic timber signs really did add that special, personalised touch to their wedding.

Paris tells us Hayden is quite the romantic – after being together for over eight years Hayden took Paris on a birthday weekend away and traditionally got down on one knee and with the ring he had designed himself and asked Paris to be his forever.
