A Styled Wedding Shoot turned into The Suprise 40th Birthday Celebration of your dreams!

Turning 40 is a milestone deserving of an unforgettable celebration, and what better location than the stunning Tall Trees Tallebudgera in Queensland? Nestled in the lush surroundings of Tallebudgera Valley, this venue is known for its expansive landscapes, serene atmosphere, and panoramic views, setting the perfect stage for a well styled, memorable birthday party.

With nature as the backdrop, this 40th birthday event was held outdoors, allowing the beauty of the surroundings to take center stage. The gentle blue sky, fresh green landscape, and a soft evening glow complemented the refined color palette of blue, white, and cream. The event was setup by the very talented Ivy & Bleu Events as a styled shoot, turned into a surprise 40th birthday for owner, Mandi.

The event styling embraced a palette of blue, whites, and natural tones, bringing an airy and elegant aesthetic to the celebration. These hues were carefully chosen to match (and also a favourite palette from the birthday girl) the natural tones of the landscape, giving a seamless blend of sophistication and serenity.

The table settings were dressed with white table linens, accented with powder-blue edged napkins and deep scalloped plates with perfectly placed custom guest menus. Floral centerpieces in whites and soft blues added depth to the color theme, along with varying heights of blue and ivory candles.

Guests were seated at long communal tables arranged to capture the best views. Each table was set to enhance the garden party vibe with a luxury feel.

No detail was overlooked, with custom-designed signage and stationery that matched the color scheme and theme. The blue, white, and cream tones flowed through each piece, from the menus to the table numbers, ensuring a cohesive and polished look.

Each place setting featured a beautifully designed ribbon place card and menu, adorned with subtle blue accents and soft white ribbons.

A specially designed bar menu, featuring both classic cocktails and signature drinks, was set up near the bar area, elegantly created in blue and white. One of the most popular stations was the dedicated Espresso Martini Bar, announced by a stylish sign in blue calligraphy – a hit among guests and an ideal addition for coffee-lovers!

Instead of a traditional paper seating chart, a custom fabric design displayed guest seating in soft blue and ivory. The flowing fabric swayed gently in the breeze, adding a dynamic element to the décor and blending beautifully with the outdoor setting.

The table numbers were named after the birthday girl's favourite flowers and printed to a light almond cardstock with blue fonts, adding a touch of elegance to each table.

There were 3 magically created cakes, all presented on tiered plinths with a cake sign per one to show the flavours and vendors who created these.
